Excellent position for an energetic, work motivated, long term individual!!! Our office is increasingly busy and we need clerical support. Main duties would be creating a positive and warm first impression through answering busy phones and greeting visitors. Secondarily, assisting with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, motivational projects and other duties supporting 6 Recruiters. Hours are M-F, 8am-5pm. Our ideal candidate will have an energetic personality, typing skills, comfort with MS Word and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for someone who wants to be promoted into an Account Executive role after mastering this position. We are serious about our work, but we like to have fun!
